Job description
The West Africa Software Group Leader is responsible for achieving the Software targets for West Africa (Revenue transactional and Stream, Profit, and Cash flow growth), executing the cross-Software group strategy for the market, and developing strategies according to the market and region size, capabilities, and critical mass. They are responsible for developing the Channel Software Channel Strategy integrating a network of Business Partners including ISVs and System Integrators. In addition, the Software Group Leader for West Africa is responsible for driving Sales and Pipeline management and progression, as well as managing resources and skills development. They are is responsible for executing with integrity and is accountable for satisfactory business controls. They are will lead a team of Brand and Channel Sellers based in Lagos and Accra.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years experience in cultivating Client and External relationships
- At least 8 years experience in driving business performance
- At least 8 years experience in driving Software business to deliver value leveraging a Network of Business Partners
- At least 8 years experience in leading people and organizations
- At least 8 years experience in experience in having the ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment -- formal and informal networks of management, business units, functions, and divisions
Preferred
- Master's Degree
- At least 10 years experience in cultivating Client and External relationships
- At least 10 years experience in driving business performance
- At least 10 years experience in driving Software business to deliver value leveraging a Network of Business Partners
